ComEd’s Corporate Relations department is excited to announce that applications for this year’s Powering Communities Grant Program are now open!  As in past years, ComEd has partnered with the following organizations for each competitive grant program:

• Openlands for Green Region
• Metropolitan Mayors Caucus for Powering Safe Communities
• League of Chicago Theatres for Powering the Arts

Previous grant winners have helped restore and enhance natural habitats for learning, enjoyment, and conservation; funded local public safety and electrification projects; and provided underserved students access to arts and culture programs.  Grant applications for each program are being accepted through 5:00 PM CST on March 24, 2023.  Information about each grant program, including eligibility guidelines and how to apply, can be found by visiting ComEd.com/Grants.
