DOWDC Students Visit International Manufacturing Technology Show
The DeKalb-Ogle Workforce Development Consortium recently provided 76 area high school students an opportunity to visit the International Manufacturing Technology Show held at McCormick Place. The show is held every other year and visiting students have a chance to experience current and future innovations within the manufacturing sector. Students also explored the numerous career possibilities through hands-on activities and by talking with those who are currently employed in the field.
