The Sycamore Chamber of Commerce announced Gary K. Evans, 64, of Sycamore is the 2018 honoree. A “master connector” and “selfless” was how this year’s recipient for the Sycamore Chamber’s 2018 Clifford Danielson Outstanding Citizen Award was described.
