Huskie Pride – RED and BLACK FRIDAYS!
NIU invites the community area business, organizations, alumni and proud Huskie supporters to join in celebrating Huskie Pride every Friday.
Get free Huskie Pride signage and other gear to decorate your business/office at the Sycamore Chamber starting Aug. 16th. Be sure to pick up your signs and supplies in time for the kickoff of NIU Welcoming Days Aug. 23rd.
Community supporters for Red and Black Fridays has been incredible. We hope to encourage even more participation this year. Here are some ways your business or organization can show your Huskie Pride:
♥ Encourage staff to wear their NIU red and black on Fridays.
♥ Give discounts or conduct a drawing for customers who wear red and black.
♥ Have a special on red and black items you sell.
♥ Create a red and black Friday Huskie special on your menu.
Post Huskie Pride pictures on your social media, and use #HuskiePride.
