Quadri Alade-Lambo joined the DCEDC team on November 19th, 2018. Quadri will assume the Marketing Intern position at DCEDC. This position is possible based on a cooperative partnership with Northern Illinois University’s College of Business under Project IGNITE!

Quadri was born and raised in Nigeria. He lived in Nigeria until the age of 21. He moved to the United States in 2014. Quadri came to the United States to start a life by going to school and receiving an education, to get a job and to settle down. Quadri attended Harper College for 3 years, earning an Associates Degree in Arts. He also received a Kappa Beta Delta Honors Certificate when he was at Harper College. Quadri’s work history since living in the United States has been in the retail industry.

Quadri is currently a Marketing student at Northern Illinois University and will be a senior in the Spring 2019 semester. He is going to help manage DCEDC’s social media platforms, internal marketing materials; website content, brochures, press release, programs and slide shows. He will also assist in the identification of comparable counties, regions and communities to benchmark performance and aspirations. Quadri will graduate from Northern Illinois University in Fall 2019.
