Who we serve

DCEDC is a public/private partnership, established in 1987. We serve 14 communities located throughout the county, with immediate access to the I-88 logistics corridor and additional access to the I-39 logistics corridor. DeKalb County is also home to the DeKalb County Enterprise Zone and the numerous benefits it has to offer. The county seat resides in Sycamore, Illinois. Collaboration and unification is a priority among all of our communities. We are a growing and thriving county ready to welcome you to our 635 square miles of space.
