The Grants Director is responsible for the coordination as well as the efficient and effective delivery of the Foundation’s donor-directed grantmaking and Board-directed responsive grant programs. Responsibilities include: developing, coordinating and evaluating Foundation grant programs; supporting non-profits, grantees and donor services; and building and maintaining relationships with community leaders and stakeholders. Experience in a grantmaking role a plus.
Grants Director base salary range: $75,000 – $77,500/year depending on experience.
Grants Director benefits include: Paid time off, up to 3% company matched retirement contributions, and a very rewarding work experience. Please note that the Foundation does not provide or sponsor a health insurance plan for employees or their dependents. However, the Foundation does offer alternate compensation (currently $8,800/yr.) to eligible full-time regular employees in lieu of providing a health insurance plan. This benefit is effective upon hiring, prorated, available without restriction to all eligible employees, and is given as additional salary/wages (taxable income) to employees above their base salary.
